Pomodora is not just a simple puff-pastry: it's a new idea of cooking

Thanks to its convenient pre-cut, you can choose how you want to enjoy it:

  • Break it before baking: you'll get 2 pieces of 100g, perfect for a quick meal or a shared appetizer.

  • After baking it (just 20 minutes at 190°C) and letting it cool, you can further divide it:

    • Into 4 portions of 50g for an appetizer with friends,

    • Or into 8 mini portions of 25g, ideal for buffets, brunches, or finger food

Once sliced, you can garnish it however you like: from simple fresh cheese to more gourmet combinations.
