Born in the vibrant heart of Dubai in 2021, Dubai Chocolate is much more than just chocolate. It is a multisensory experience – a journey of taste that blends the creaminess of milk chocolate with the velvety flavor of pistachio cream, the intensity of tahini, and the golden crunch of knafeh, the famous Arabic dessert made from fine strands of kataifi pastry.

Behind this creation lies a unique story: Sarah Hamouda, founder of the renowned FIX Dessert Chocolatier, conceived this delight during her pregnancy, driven by a craving for a sweet treat that could unite cultural roots with genuine desires.
